Step 1: Initial Consultation

You contact us via email, and let us know a bit about your project, and how to get in touch with you. We arrange a consultation by phone, or in person (for our clients within Tulsa and its surrounding counties). During this consultation we discuss your project and the overall project goals, and we determine how KMET Solutions can best help you.

Step 2: Follow-Up Questionnaire

After we consider the information discussed in the initial consultation, we'll have some specific questions we'll need to ask you. Some of these questions are basic things we'd need to know about any project; others may be more specific to your project. We'll send you a questionnaire through email, which you can complete and send back to us.

Step 3: Follow-Up Consultation

Once we've reviewed your completed questionnaire(s), we'll contact you regarding any new questions or concerns we have about the project. We'll try to flesh-out any areas of the project that need more detail, and work toward a general outline for the project.

Step 4: Project Specification

We submit to you a rough outline for the project. This outline describes in as much detail as possible what work KMET Solutions will perform, and will describe in some detail the overall structure of your website or program. This outline will also include our fixed price quote for your project, as well as a description of the payment terms. We discuss and revise the project specification until you're happy with it. Once you approve it, we attach it to a contract.

Step 5: Contract and Initial Payment

After you've approved the project specification, we ask you to sign a contract which basically states that you agree not to back out, and we agree to perform the work at the price quoted (if applicable), and within a given time-frame (if applicable). We collect your initial payment for the project. You provide us with any materials or information we may need to complete the job.

Step 6: Release / Revise / Approve

As we complete your project, we'll submit portions of the completed project to you for feedback. We revise as necessary to meet your goals. The project specification and our contract will outline the guidelines for suggesting revisions.

Step 7: Final Approval and Launch

Once the project is completed, and we get the final approval from you, we launch your website!
