Can you quote me a fixed price for my project?
Yes. While most companies in our line of work shy away from providing a fixed quote at the start of a job, we feel that our customers appreciate knowing in advance what our fees will be. This way, you know up-front how much you need to budget for the project, and you can feel secure in knowing that we'll work within those constraints. Of course, each project is different, so we will need to discuss your project with you before we can determine what our fixed quote will be.

How long will my project take?
It depends on the project, but as a general rule, we can have simple dynamic websites done in as little as five business days once you've provided us with all the materials and information we need. We can finish more complicated projects, such as complex dynamic websites or ecommerce sites -- in as little as one month.

What is the procedure we'll go through? How do we get started?
We have a strict process, which we try to follow as closely as we can for each project; the more organized a project is, the more likely we'll get it completed on-time and within budget. For detailed information about our procedures, check out the "Our Process" page.

Can you provide me some examples of your work?
Yes. However, most of our clients hire us as private consultants, so we require a signed non-disclousre agreement (NDA) to show you the bulk of our work. Please contact us, and we'll get your signature, then we'll provide you samples of our work.

How easily will I be able to update a website created by KMET Solutions?
This depends on the services we render. All of our dyanmic and ecommerce websites come with a customized content-management system which allows simple point-and-click editing of a website. The interface you'd use to update these sites resembles Microsoft Word, you won't need to know HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. For example, if you want to put some text in boldface, you just highlight the text and click the "Boldface" icon. Want to include a photo? Just click the "Upload Photo" icon. If you don't have a dynamic or ecommerce website, you can still perform updates yourself, but you will have to have some understanding of HTML and/or CSS. All our code is standards-compliant and easy to follow. If you don't understand HTML or don't want to mess with it, just contact us and we'll do it for you.

If KMET Solutions registers a domain name for me, who owns that domain name?
You do. We have no financial or legal interest in the domain names of any of our clients; each domain we register is registered in the client's name. A section in all of our contracts also indicates this.

What payment methods do you accept? What about payment terms?
Our primary payment methods are check, money order, and wire-transfer. Alternative methods of payment include major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Expiress, and Discover Card). For some projects, we do accept monthly payments.
